At 63 years old, I’ve spent a lifetime immersed in the culinary world. From learning traditional home cooking in my mother’s kitchen to running my own restaurants, food has been my passion, my profession, and the heart of my family.

My love for food started early. Growing up, I spent hours in the kitchen watching my mother prepare meals that filled our home with warmth. She wasn’t a trained chef, but she cooked with love, instinct, and heart—the kind of cooking that nourishes both body and soul.

My father was a farmer, and he taught me the beauty of fresh ingredients. I remember running barefoot through the fields, plucking tomatoes straight from the vine and eating them like apples. Our family meals weren’t extravagant, but they were filled with love, laughter, and stories.

That simple yet profound connection with food became the foundation of my culinary journey. Over the years, I pursued my passion professionally, becoming a chef and restaurant owner, always carrying with me the lessons learned from my parents—the value of fresh ingredients, the joy of cooking, and the power of sharing meals with loved ones.

A Family of Chefs – Cooking Runs in Our Blood

I’m not alone in this journey. My twin sons, Kian and Kyle, have followed in my footsteps, developing their own love for food. But let me tell you, these two couldn’t be more different!

Meet Kian – The Perfectionist Chef

Kian, 36, is the structured, disciplined one. He’s the kind of chef who measures everything to the gram and believes that precision is key. If you ever dine in one of our restaurants, you can thank Kian for those perfectly plated, beautifully balanced dishes. He’s got a serious love for French cuisine, and he’s always pushing the boundaries of flavor combinations.

He’s the kind of guy who wakes up at 5 AM, jogs for an hour, drinks a protein shake, and then spends the rest of the day perfecting the art of making the crispiest croissants. He believes in mastery, and his passion for cooking is all about elevating simple ingredients into something extraordinary.

Meet Kyle – The Wildly Creative One

Then there’s Kyle—also 36, but you’d never guess they were twins. While Kian is precise and calculated, Kyle is the free spirit. He’s the chef who throws in a pinch of this, a dash of that, and somehow makes magic happen. He loves street food, bold flavors, and fusion cooking, always looking for ways to mix unexpected ingredients to create something fresh and exciting.

Kyle is the one who experiments endlessly, trying out new trends, making spicy sauces from scratch, and convincing Kian to step outside of his comfort zone. If Kian is the science of cooking, Kyle is the art.

Kian and Kyle are sibling brothers who grew up sharing laughs, stories, and amazing meals in a family kitchen full of diverse flavors. Now, we’re on a mission to bring that same joy and creativity to your table.

Together, we make the perfect team. And at the heart of it all is our farm—the place we call home.

Life on the Farm – Our Culinary Playground

We live on a beautiful farm near New York, surrounded by rolling fields, fresh produce, and the crisp scent of herbs growing in the garden. This isn’t just where we live; it’s where we experiment, create, and get inspired. Every morning starts with a farm-to-table breakfast, using fresh eggs, just-picked vegetables, and homemade bread.

Evenings are special. It’s our time to come together, cook as a family, and share stories around the table. We believe that food isn’t just about eating—it’s about connection. Whether it’s a simple roasted chicken or an elaborate five-course meal, what matters most is the love that goes into it.

Our mother, Eleanor, is the heart of our home. While she never pursued a career in food, she’s the one who taught us how to bring warmth into the kitchen. She bakes the best apple pie you’ll ever taste, and her laughter fills the house like the comforting smell of fresh bread.
